A. Every passenger that travels with our service will receive a membership card on their first trip . This membership will provide discounts on future trips with BUStoTORONTO.com
Q. How long is the trip between NEW YORK(MANHATTEN) & TORONTO (CANADA)?
A. Approximately 10 hours
Q. Are any there rest stops during the trip?
A. Yes, we will have a rest stop midway the trip for the driver & passengers to rest

A. A valid U.S. passport or proof of citizenship & photo ID are required to enter US Proof of citizenship, such as birth certificate , is also required for all children traveling A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel For further info on leaving and/or entering the U.S. please visit the websites: www.CBP.gov or www.TRAVEL.STATE.gov
Q. What if I miss my scheduled departure?
A. Much like the airline, all seats on BUStoTORONTO.com are sold on a reservation basis and you MUST travel at your specified time & date. Passengers are required to be at their departure point at least 15 minutes before their scheduled trip is scheduled to depart. NO refunds will be given in instances where passengers miss the bus.
Q. How long is my ticket valid for?
A. Tickets are valid for the date of the trip for which that ticket is purchased for.
Q. Do you sell tickets with open dates?
A. NO, we don’t sell tickets with open dates. However, due to any special circumstances you might have, we offer to change the date of your ticket if you notify us 72 hours before your departure

A. NO, seating is on a FIRST come-FIRST serve
Q. Is smoking allowed on the bus?
A. Under Federal Law smoking in buses is strictly PROHIBITED
Q. Do you allow animals (dogs) on the bus?
A. The bus company we contracted with DOES NOT allow animals(dogs) on their buses due to a restriction from there insurance company
Q. What is your policy on the use of cell phones?
A. Passengers need to be considerate of their fellow passengers when using cell phones during the trip. Conversation should be kept to a minimum in a low tone of voice.
Q. How can I get to a stop from the airport?
A. If you arrive at any airport NEW YORK(JFK or LGA) or NEWARK ( EWR NEWARK LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ) you need to take ground transportation (bus, subway, taxi) to the NEW YORK CITY(MANHATTEN) to PENN STATION(MADISON SQUARE) and then proceed to stop BUStoTORONTO. com at 251 West 31st Street( between 7th & 8th Avenue )near green awning, next to taxi stop
Q. Do you offer a discount for children or seniors?
A. Children under 2 ride for free but cannot occupy a seat if that bus is fully booked. No other discounts are offered
Q. Can I travel between any cities on you route?
A. Yes, you can. We have a flat rate between cities(only walk-in)
